Throughout the home selling process, Lindsey did as she said she was going to do, and even went beyond that. My experience with this agent is that, if anything, she under-promises and overdelivers. For example, immediately before closing there arose the unexpected need to close a permit on the house. Lindsey handled all that as well as helping to do the leg work on a variety of inspection/house repair issues, some of which were not anticipated when the house was initially under contract. She is also very well organized. After providing an initial timeline for listing she put significant effort into making sure that she adhered to the dates on her schedule, including helping to coordinate initial repair issues and arranging for staging. During the entire process the Seller was not in the US, so this was a sale that required an agent with more than the usual degree of trustworthiness.
